Chris & Darcie Farrow
Chris' love of chocolate began long before the creation of the
Art of Chocolate. His passion and desire to find the next amazing chocolate
indulgence could not go unnoticed by those around him. It was no surprise
when Chris followed his passion and pursued formal training and education
in becoming a Chocolatier. Chris and his wife Darcie have dove head first
into a world of finer and sweeter things in order to make the world a finer
and sweeter place. The Art of Chocolate is the culmination of exquisite
taste, passion driven craft, and a commitment to excellence.
Improving the World, One Chocolate at a Time
The Art of Chocolate believes that you get what you give. A portion of all sales from The Art of Chocolate will be set aside to donate to non-profit charities and organizations. 10% of all sales will be allocated to two deserving charities, one local and one global. In 2010, The Art of Chocolate has selected Kiva.org and Tri Lake Cares as the receiving organization. Thank you for your continued support as we invest in these worthwhile organizations.

The Fine Chocolate Industry Assocation (FCIA) is the only organization focused 100% on supporting professionals in the Fine Chocolate segment of the Chocolate Industry. We started in 2007 with 15 founding members and currently have over 130 members worldwide. We're an international group of chocolate professionals who come together in support of the art of fine chocolate making.
